ANLO INTERIORS

OUR STORY
Anlo Interiors is a family-owned flooring and remodeling company proudly serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Our experience is rooted in generations of craftsmanship, entrepreneurship, and a shared belief that exceptional work begins with genuine care for the people we serve.
With more than three decades of combined industry experience, our family has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully bring a project from its earliest ideas to its final details. We combine hands-on construction knowledge with thoughtful planning, attentive project management, and clear communication to create an experience that feels organized, personal, and dependable.
We specialize in both residential and commercial projects, including full-home remodels, kitchen and bathroom renovations, hardwood and tile flooring, luxury vinyl plank, carpet, custom rugs, countertops, backsplashes, fireplace transformations, and more.
At Anlo Interiors, we understand that every space—and every client—is different. We take the time to listen, understand your priorities, and develop solutions that complement your style, needs, and budget. Throughout the process, our family remains personally involved, carefully coordinating the many details that contribute to a successful project.
Our goal is not simply to improve a space. It is to provide quality craftsmanship, honest guidance, and an experience that leaves you feeling confident in both the process and the finished result.
Meet the Family Behind Anlo
Andrew Palmgren
Co-Owner & Director of Sales

Andrew has spent more than a decade building his career in the flooring and remodeling industry, beginning in 2012 alongside his father, Wayne Palmgren, through the family businesses Dominion Flooring and Dominion Design. His ability to connect with customers, understand project details, and deliver exceptional results led to greater responsibility and eventually the role of Vice President.
During his time with Dominion, Andrew gained experience in every area of the business, including sales, estimating, project planning, job-site coordination, customer relations, and construction oversight. That experience gave him an understanding of how to guide a project from the first conversation through completion.
Andrew’s appreciation for craftsmanship began earlier. His grandfather, J.W. Womack, was a home builder in the Park Cities, and Andrew credits his work ethic, perfectionism, and attention to detail to the standards passed down through his family.
A lifelong automotive enthusiast, Andrew also worked as a mechanic with Jotech Motorsports and Nissan before making flooring and remodeling his career. His mechanical background strengthened the precision and problem-solving skills that continue to shape his approach.
At Anlo Interiors, Andrew leads much of the client-facing and field side of the company. He remains involved from the initial consultation and estimate through planning, construction, and the final walkthrough, ensuring every detail is handled properly.
Outside of work, Andrew is a devoted husband and father. His Christian faith and commitment to family guide the way he leads—with honesty, humility, responsibility, and a desire to serve others well. For Andrew, the goal is never simply to finish a project, but to deliver craftsmanship and care he would be proud to have in his own home.
Lauren Palmgren
Co-Owner & Director of Business Operations

Lauren brings a sharp operational mindset and a genuine love of organization to Anlo Interiors. She joined the family businesses, Dominion Flooring and Dominion Design, in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of both companies — everything from project logistics and financial administration to vendor relationships, purchasing, scheduling, and client coordination. That experience gave her a deep understanding of the systems needed to support both the field team and the client experience.
Before joining the family business, Lauren was a Regional Manager for a dog daycare and boarding company in Little Rock, Arkansas, where an accomplished small-business owner mentored her. That mentorship shaped how she leads today — teaching her that a great business is built on more than a great service; it takes strong systems, accountability, financial awareness, and real care for both customers and employees.
Lauren's entrepreneurial roots go back even further. A lifelong dog lover, she ran her own pet-sitting, dog-walking, and training business in Dallas early in her career — her first taste of building something of her own.
Today, Lauren leads the operational and financial side of Anlo Interiors, building the systems that keep projects, vendors, and client relationships running smoothly. Much of her work happens behind the scenes, but her attention to detail and focus on efficiency are what keep every project on track.
Lauren believes the details matter just as much behind the scenes as they do in the finished space. Her commitment to organization, transparency, and continuous improvement helps Anlo deliver an exceptional client experience — without ever losing the personal touch at the heart of the company.
Brandon Cline
Sales & Project Manager

Brandon brings a diverse background in construction management, project leadership, and client relations to the Anlo Interiors team.
Before joining Anlo, Brandon managed complex commercial construction projects throughout the country, working with nationally recognized brands and developing a reputation for stepping into challenging projects and getting them back on track. His ability to organize teams, solve problems under pressure, and rebuild client confidence eventually led to his role as a Rescue Superintendent, where he was trusted to take over delayed or underperforming projects and successfully guide them through completion.
His experience includes project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, material procurement, contract negotiations, quality control, inspections, budgeting, and day-to-day field operations. That combination of field knowledge and project management experience allows Brandon to understand both the big picture and the small details that can make or break a successful project.
At Anlo Interiors, Brandon works in both project management and sales, supporting projects from the early planning stages through final completion. Working closely with Andrew and the rest of the Anlo team, he helps coordinate trades, communicate with clients, manage schedules, and ensure projects continue moving forward efficiently.
Highly adaptable, organized, and solutions-oriented, Brandon brings a calm, resourceful approach to every project. His commitment to quality and strong client relationships makes him a valuable part of the Anlo team and helps ensure every project receives the level of attention and care our clients expect.
